Member Pipeline offers qualified associations two options for site development and management; a basic package and a custom package. Each includes free hosting, site management, email tools and participation in the sponsorship acquisition program. The Basic Package is a simplified approach to connecting with your members and prospects while the Custom Package offers a more defined approach based on the unique needs of your chapter.

Basic Package
Our basic package features a site built using your choice of our association specific templates. Our templates capture the core requirements of chapter communications and include the following pages:

o Home Page
o Officers and Committees
o Calendar
o Membership
o Education
o Events

Package Includes:

o Use of template customized with your association logo and chapter specific graphic header
o Free basic hosting - a savings of up to $300 annually
o Free monthly content update to site (any or all pages updated) – a savings of up to $1800 annually
o Free monthly branded email blast to organization’s mailing list
o Free email account – for example, “president@your_chapter.org”
o Domain acquisition and management – annual registration (typically $9 per year) to be paid by chapter
o Additional pages may be added for $75 per page and will be updated as needed
with regular monthly update
o Monthly site analytics report
o Participation in banner ad sales and marketing program
o All pages support the following functions:

About this package:
Member Pipeline’s Basic Association Package is perfect for chapters with concise web needs. Our experience with over 65 construction organizations has allowed us to distill the typical association’s web needs into a set number of pages. The template of your choice is branded with your association logo, your desired color scheme and a custom header to create a site that is specifically unique to your chapter. You own the domain and the site is yours to use as long as you’re a Member Pipeline partner.

Custom Package
Our custom package allows for a completely branded site built to your specifications in a flexible non-proprietary format. Once complete, this site is owned by your chapter. Though we don’t anticipate you ever desiring a change, should you feel compelled to exit the program you are free to take the site with you to your new host.

Member Pipeline will work with your chapter’s point of contact to develop a site specification. A prototype will be provided for approval and, once approved, content loaded. Upon launch Member Pipeline will send an email blast out to your members announcing the launch of their chapter’s new site.

Package Includes:

o Custom html site design at $150 per page
o Free basic hosting - a savings of up to $300 annually
o Free monthly content update to site (any or all pages updated) – a savings of up to $1800 annually
o Free monthly branded email blast to organization’s mailing list
o 5 Free email accounts - for example, “president@your_chapter.org”
o Domain acquisition and management – annual registration (typically $9 per year) to be paid by chapter
o Additional pages may be added for $75 per page (after year one, $150 per page prior to the end of year one) and will be updated as needed with the free regular monthly update
o Participation in banner ad sales and marketing program
o Monthly site analytics report

About this package:
This package offers a bit more flexibility for organizations that have more robust needs. Some examples might be sites requiring a “Member Only Access” module, e-commerce, custom-built applications, etc . It also offers the security of owning your site. Thus, combined with the ownership of your domain the site it totally yours. The custom package includes the free hosting, free update and free email campaign features of our basic program. This allows your chapter to take advantage of our sales and marketing program and utilize our services to find sponsorships for your site.

Member Pipeline will issue a formal design quote based on a final design specification approved by the organziation..

Member Pipeline offers full development of SQL Server and MySQL database environments. So should your chapter need custom solutions for their site we’re on call. We are currently in development of projects ranging from self managed technical document libraries to scheduled emailed education tools.

As in the basic program, Member Pipeline will make available, at no cost to the association, general tools that it feels will enhance the chapter’s site and value as a resource to its constituents.
